Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RocketSloth Consulting platform ("Platform") operated by RocketSloth Consulting ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. The Service

The Platform provides business management tools including contact management (CRM), sales pipelines, appointment scheduling, email marketing, social media publishing, website hosting, invoicing, and reputation management. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at Ben@RocketSlothConsulting.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • One person or business per account; accounts may not be shared or transferred without our consent.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe.
  • Free trials convert to paid plans or expire at the end of the trial period; hosted websites and premium features may go offline when a subscription lapses.
  • You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the change affects you.

5. Your Content and Data

  • You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Platform (contacts, content, media, business information).
  • You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that data solely to operate the Platform on your behalf.
  • You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people in your CRM and for the content you publish or send through the Platform.
  • Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages, or violate CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or similar laws.
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
  • Violate the terms of connected third-party services (Meta, Stripe, Google, Resend).
  • Probe, disrupt, or overload the Platform, or access another tenant's data.
  • Resell or white-label the Platform without a written agreement with us.

Every marketing email sent through the Platform includes an unsubscribe link; you must not remove or circumvent it.

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services (Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Stripe, Resend, Google). Your use of those integrations is also governed by the third party's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and connected features may change or become unavailable if a provider changes its APIs or policies.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal risk, or remain unpaid after notice. You may stop using the Platform and request deletion of your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy for the deletion process). Upon termination we may retain data only as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RocketSloth Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
